Every batch we ship can be traced from GPS coordinates on a farm in Borneo to the export documentation leaving Jakarta. Here is how that works.
Traceability is the promise that every kilogram of kratom can be followed from a specific farm to a specific export container. For our buyers, that documentation is what makes regulatory compliance and consumer confidence possible. For us, it is the operating principle of the entire company.
How a batch is tracked
- Farm registration — each partner farm is registered with GPS coordinates and cultivation records on file.
- Harvest logging — every harvest is dated, weighed, and assigned a unique lot reference.
- Processing records — drying, milling, and sieving runs are documented with timestamps and operator sign-off.
- Lab release — no batch ships without a passing COA tied to its unique batch number.
- Export documentation — the batch number flows through the packing list, invoice, and phytosanitary certificate.
What this means for buyers
When you receive a batch number on a COA, that identifier is not decorative. It links to the harvest quarter, the processing facility, the drying method, and the lab results for that exact material. If a regulator or a customer ever asks where a product came from, you can answer with documentation rather than assurances.
