What's your minimum order?
Our standard MOQ is 25 kg per product. Lab samples (100g–500g) are available at cost, deductible from your first order.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. We provide lab samples with full COA. Sample cost is deducted from your first wholesale order. Contact us for details.
What payment terms are available?
We accept T/T wire transfer and L/C at sight. Terms are negotiable for established partners and repeat orders.
How is shipping handled?
FOB Jakarta or CIF to your port. Air freight for urgent orders, sea freight for bulk. Full documentation included.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Every batch includes a full COA with alkaloid profile, purity, heavy metals, and microbiology results.
Can you do private labeling?
Yes. We offer custom packaging, labeling, and formulation services for resellers and brands. Minimum order applies.
